Terms And Conditions

MUST AGREE

  1. Membership: Membership in BAT CLUB GH is open to any individual or organization that shares our mission of using business to drive technological advancement and economic development in Ghana.

  2. Dues: Members are required to pay weekly dues in order to support the operations of the organization. The amount of the dues will be determined by the board of directors and may be subject to change.

  3. Responsibilities of Members: Members are expected to actively participate in the activities of the organization and to support its mission. This may include volunteering time, participating in events and meetings, and supporting fundraising efforts.

  4. Termination of Membership: Membership may be terminated for any reason at the discretion of the board of directors. Reasons for termination may include failure to pay dues, failure to fulfill responsibilities as a member, or conduct that is detrimental to the reputation or mission of the organization.

  5. Use of Funds: Funds raised by the organization will be used to support its operations and achieve its mission. This may include investing in research and development, building infrastructure, and expanding operations to reach new customers.

  6. Liability: Members of the organization shall not be personally liable for the debts, obligations, or liabilities of the organization.

  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ghana.

 

  1. Conflict of Interest: Members are expected to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and to abstain from participating in decisions or actions that may benefit them personally.

  2. Non-Discrimination: BAT CLUB GH is committed to non-discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, or disability.

  3. Privacy: BAT CLUB GH will respect the privacy of its members and will not disclose personal information without consent.

  4. Intellectual Property: Members shall retain ownership of any intellectual property they contribute to the organization. The organization shall have the right to use such intellectual property in furtherance of its mission.

  5. Amendment of Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions may be amended by the board of directors at any time.
